Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Administration issued the first batch of Guangdong intellectual property public service network list, a total of 15 units in the province were selected, and Shenzhen Institute of Standards and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the "Municipal Institute of Standards") became the only selected institution in Shenzhen.
The Municipal Institute of Standards has made intensive efforts in the field of intellectual property public services to promote the standardization, standardization and facilitation of intellectual property public services. In terms of professional services, relying on the secretariat of the Guangdong Intellectual Property Service Standardization Technical Committee, it has led the development of more than 30 national, local and group tenders. Relying on the secretariat of Shenzhen Energy Storage Industry Intellectual Property Alliance, it supports the construction of Shenzhen's "world-class new energy storage industry center". Relying on the People's Mediation Committee of Intellectual Property Disputes of the Municipal Standard Court, it serves the conflict resolution work of litigation and non-litigation connection in various districts, and has handled more than 10,000 cases in total.
Shenzhen continues to deepen the construction of the public service system for intellectual property rights. Recently, the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Administration issued the Implementation Plan of Shenzhen Intellectual Property Public Service Inclusive Project, issued the province's first prefecty-level guide for the handling of intellectual property public service matters, realized the non-discriminatory acceptance of intellectual property basic public service matters and the same standard handling, and promoted the standardization and equality of intellectual property basic public service.
