★Trademark review refers to the legal procedure in which the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board re-examines a request for review made by a party who is not satisfied with the decision of the Trademark Office on its trademark related matters.
★The time limit shall be 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board to apply for a review, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board shall make a ruling and notify the applicant in writing.
