One. Retrieval phase

Two. Application phase
To apply for a patent for design, the patent application documents shall include: request for a patent for design, drawings or photographs. Where protection of color is required, color pictures or photos shall also be submitted in duplicate. If pictures are submitted, they should all be pictures, and if photos are submitted, they should all be photos, and no pictures or photos should be mixed. If a picture or photograph requires explanation, a brief description of the design shall be submitted. Where a patent agency is appointed, a power of attorney shall be submitted.

2, 6 views of the product (front view, rear view, top view, up view, left view, right view, if necessary or provide stereogram)
Three. Authorization phase
The authorization phase is further divided into two phases
(1) Authorization: After passing the preliminary examination, the examiner will issue a notice of grant of patent rights. After receiving the notice of granting the patent right, the applicant needs to go through the following registration procedures: pay the patent registration fee, the annual fee of the year of authorization, the announcement and printing fee and the stamp duty of the patent certificate within the prescribed time limit.
(2) Issuing a certificate: the applicant can obtain a patent certificate after the registration procedure.
