What should I do if my patent application is rejected by the State Intellectual Property Office?

According to article 41 of The Patent Law, if a patent applicant is dissatisfied with the decision of the State Intellectual Property Office to reject the application, he or she may, within three months from the date of receipt of the notice, request a re-examination by the Patent Re-examination Board. If the patent applicant is dissatisfied with the decision of the Patent Reexamination Board, he/she may file a lawsuit with the People's Court within three months from the date of receipt of the notification of the decision of reexamination.
