1、How long does it take for my remittance to arrive?
Generally 2-3 working days, special circumstances to the bank notification of the Trademark Office shall prevail.
2、When will my remittance be available for online inquiry?
Generally, it is the next day after the remittance arrives at the account, and in special cases, it is subject to the notification of the Trademark Office by the bank.
3、How can I check the remittance on the internet?
If the agency has a key, it can inquire in My User-My Remittance; if it does not have a key, it needs to inquire by phone.
4、Can the agency use personal remittance?
No, the agency should use the public account filed with the Trademark Office to remit the money. If the public account cannot be used, please refer to the next question.
5、How to remit the money if the public account of the agency can not be used under special circumstances?
Agency due to the cancellation of financial accounts, changes in the procedures, can not use the public account remittance, should be remitted in the name of the legal person, while providing information and unit business license copy, both need to be stamped with an official seal, mailed to the Trademark Office.
