Notice on user account registration for trademark online service system
In order to better serve the users of the trademark online service system, the Trademark Office of the State Intellectual Property Office decided to launch the user registration function of the trademark online service system from October 21, 2023.

Starting from October 22, 2023, the trademark online service system’s trademark announcement, trademark registration certificate announcement, trademark disclosure documents, trademark online inquiry and other columns will gradually open user registration functions, which can be used after logging in. Please refer to the user manual for specific operations.
Users of the existing trademark online application system do not need to register an account. Click "Online Application User Login" to jump to the homepage of the trademark online application system, and log in using the digital certificate + PIN code + password. Our bureau has set an initial password for online application users. The initial password is the user's registered mobile phone number. Please check it in "My Account-My User-Mobile Phone" in advance.
The trademark online service system will follow the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity, and properly preserve and use user information in accordance with laws and regulations.
