Questions about prepayment
1. How to submit prepayment refund application?
A: (1) If the agency has digital certificate, it can submit the application through the function of zeroing the prepayment;
(2) The parties and agencies without digital certificates shall send the zeroing confirmation form (see the "Refund Guidelines" in the "Trademark Business Payment Guidelines" for details) to the Trademark Office by mail.
2. What is the application for zero payment?
A: After February 29, 2020, there will be no more prepayment, and the agency can submit an application for liquidation of prepayment, and the Trademark Office will, according to the application, refund the balance of the money remitted to the Trademark Office by the agency to the designated account.
3. When can the advance payment be refunded?
A: After March 1, 2020, the zeroing refund will begin for the agents who provided correct account information in the application for advance payment.
