Enterprise intellectual property management standard (hereinafter referred to as "standard") refers to the management process of planning, implementing, checking and improving the enterprise intellectual property management system, and it is an enterprise intellectual property management model and methodology based on dynamic cycle management. According to the different subjects of promulgation and implementation of norms, enterprise intellectual property management norms can be divided into different versions. The norms referred to in this article are GB/T 29490-2013 "Intellectual Property Management Norms" and "Ningbo Intellectual Property Management Norms" and its latest version.
Enterprise Intellectual Property Conformity (hereinafter referred to as "Conformity") refers to the process in which an enterprise's intellectual property management carries out the national standard (GB/T 29490-2013 Specification for the Management of Intellectual Property Rights), passes the certification of a third-party certification organization and obtains the certification certificate.
