Who can use a certification mark?

Any unit or individual whose goods or services meet the conditions stipulated in the certification trademark use management rules can use the certification mark after completing the procedures stipulated in the use management rules and obtaining a "Certification Trademark Use Certificate" issued by the registrant. The registrant cannot use the certification mark on the goods it provides, and shall not refuse to permit qualified users to use the certification mark, and shall file a record with the State Intellectual Property Office and make an announcement within one year of the permission for use.
Natural persons, legal persons or other organizations whose goods meet the conditions for the use of the geographical indication may request the use of geographical indication certification trademarks, and the registrant shall allow it.
