Members of a collective organization may use a collective mark. When a collective organization applies for registration of a collective trademark, it should provide detailed information about the members of the collective organization; after completing the procedures stipulated in the use management rules, members of the collective organization can obtain a "Collective Trademark Use Certificate" issued by the registrant and can use the collective trademark; After members of a collective organization join the collective organization, they can use the collective trademark; if a member of the collective organization withdraws from the collective organization or fails to meet the requirements of the use management rules, he will lose his membership in the collective organization and can no longer use the collective trademark. If the members of a collective organization change, the registrant must apply to the State Intellectual Property Office for change, and the State Intellectual Property Office will make an announcement.
A natural person, legal person or other organization within the geographical scope of a geographical indication whose goods meet the conditions for the use of the geographical indication may request to join the collective organization. The collective organization shall accept it as a member in accordance with the articles of association. After becoming a member of the collective organization, the collective organization may use the geographical indication collectively Trademark; if it does not require joining the collective organization, it can also legitimately use the place name in the geographical indication.
