After a trademark is registered, within the validity period of the trademark, the trademark registrant shall have the exclusive right to use the registered trademark in the category of goods approved for use. If it is discovered that others have used a registered trademark on the same kind of goods without permission, or have used a trademark that is similar to the registered trademark on the same kind of goods, or have used a trademark that is the same or similar to the registered trademark on similar goods, causing harm to consumers. Confusion constitutes trademark infringement, and the act of selling the above-mentioned goods or providing conditions for infringement also constitutes infringement. When a trademark infringement dispute occurs, the parties can resolve it through negotiation; if they are unwilling to negotiate or the negotiation fails, the trademark registrant or interested party can file a lawsuit in the People's Court or request the market supervision and administration department to handle it.
