In order to standardize the trademark review and trial procedures and ensure the uniform application of laws and consistent implementation of standards in all aspects of trademark review and trial, the State Intellectual Property Office has decided to formulate the "Trademark Review and Trial Guidelines", which are hereby issued and will come into effect on January 1, 2022. The original "Trademark Review and Trial Guidelines" "Trademark Examination and Trial Standards" will be abolished at the same time.
