The State Intellectual Property Office announced: The evaluation results of the 24th China Patent Award

According to the "China Patent Award Evaluation Methods" and the "Notice of the State Intellectual Property Office on the Selection of the 24th China Patent Award", a total of 30 pre-winner projects for the China Patent Gold Award were selected for the 24th China Patent Award. There are 10 pre-awarded projects for the Design Gold Award, 60 pre-awarded projects for the China Patent Silver Award, 15 pre-awarded projects for the China Silver Award for Appearance Design, 782 pre-awarded projects for the China Patent Excellence Award, and 45 pre-awarded projects for the China Appearance Design Excellence Award. It is now announced, and the publicity period is from April 17 to April 21, 2023.
During the publicity period, if any unit or individual has any objection to the evaluation results, they should submit it in writing to the China Patent Award Evaluation Office and provide necessary supporting materials. If the unit raises an objection, it shall affix the official seal of the unit and provide a contact person, contact number and email address; if an individual raises an objection, he shall sign his real name and provide identification materials, valid contact number and email address.
