Patent business processing system users:
In order to further improve the intelligence level of the patent business processing system,Shorten review cycle，The patent business processing system client and batch interface will be upgraded simultaneously. The new version of the client will make corresponding adjustments in the verification rules and data structure standards of relevant documents in the Statement of Opinions and Supplements. The official release time shall be subject to the website notification.
In order to facilitate users of the patent business processing system to learn about the upcoming upgrade modifications in a timely manner,Make preparations for the adjustment and docking of your own internal management system in advance. The verification rules and batch interface data standards for the planned adjustment are now released in advance. The specific instructions are as follows:
1. Import the opinion statement (form code 100012) and add verification rules: The stated items must be checked, and multiple stated items cannot be checked.
Requirements for standard adjustment of data structure of opinion statement forms:
Add an attribute GUANLIANYWDM to the BAONEIWJXX node in list.xml, and fill in different values according to the statement items selected in 100012.xml:
(1) Additional selection for comments stated in the notice -- YW10001201
(2) Additional selection for supplementary statement of opinions in the notice -- YW10001202
(3) Actively propose modifications in accordance with the provisions of Article 51, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 2 of the Implementing Rules of the Patent Law. Additional selection -- YW10001203 (the application number is the national application number)
(4) Propose an amendment on your own initiative in accordance with the provisions of Article 51, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 2 of the Implementing Rules of the Patent Law. Additional selection -- YW10001204 (the application number is the international application number)
(5) Announcement additional selection -- YW10001205
(6) Other matters are additionally selected -- YW10001205
2. Import the supplementary book (form code 100006) to add verification rules:The reason for correction must be checked, and multiple reasons for correction cannot be checked.
Requirements for standard adjustment of table data structure in supplementary book:
Add an attribute GUANLIANYWDM to the BAONEIWJXX node in list.xml, and fill in different values according to the correction reason selected in 100006.xml:
(1) According to the provisions of Article 57 of the Implementing Rules of the Patent Law, the additional number is 1 -- YW10000602
(Corresponding client amendment )
(2) According to the provisions of Article 50 of the Implementing Rules of the Patent Law, the notice is appended to 1 -- YW10000601
