The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized “strengthening the legal protection of intellectual property rights and forming a basic system to support comprehensive innovation.” This is a clear requirement for intellectual property work and a major strategic deployment for the development of intellectual property. Studying, publicizing and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is the primary political task at present and in the future. The holding of the National Intellectual Property Publicity Week is an important arrangement for learning, publicizing and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in the field of intellectual property.
