In accordance with the relevant requirements of the State Council to deepen the reform of "decentralization, regulation and service", in order to further provide efficient and convenient patent query services to the public, a new version of the Chinese and multinational patent examination information query system (hereinafter referred to as the "query system") will be launched at 12:00 on February 1, 2023. Officially launched and entering the trial operation stage.
The new version of the query system relies on the cloud platform infrastructure and adopts the technical architecture of "platform + module" and microservices. It can flexibly allocate resources and respond to users' on-demand access in a timely manner, which will effectively improve query efficiency; at the same time, the new version of the query system supports invention names and applications Human fuzzy queries can effectively improve the accuracy and recall rate; the new version of the query system also adds new functions such as patent implementation license contract filing query, patent pledge contract registration query and open license statement query, which can meet the corresponding query needs of users.
