On December 12, 2022, our office opened the historical user data improvement function of the unified identity authentication platform for patent and integrated circuit layout design business, and also opened the shujubulu@cnipa.gov.cn email address. In order to improve service efficiency, this email address is now accepted The scope and format requirements for receiving emails are explained.
The shujubulu@cnipa.gov.cn email address is mainly used to solve various problems encountered by historical users (electronic application and transaction service system) in data improvement and new users in the account registration and login process. The acceptance range of this email address is as follows:
1. Change the email address bound to the historical account and apply.
2. Electronic application and transaction service system historical account retrieval application.
3. Account merging application.
4. The legal person user's application for changing the company name cannot be verified.
5. Unable to complete registration consultation.
6. Consultation on other platform issues.
Among them, after the application email is approved, relevant modifications will be made directly and no email will be replied to the user (except for account retrieval applications). If the application is not approved and inquiries will be answered via email. Please see the attachment for applicable situations and format requirements for various types of application and consultation emails.
Users who use the shujubulu@cnipa.gov.cn email address for relevant business applications and consultations should strictly follow the email format requirements to send emails. If the email format does not meet the requirements, the email you send may not be processed in a timely manner. Please do not send the same email multiple times to avoid your email being judged as spam by the system and causing the email to not be received properly.

1. Application for changing the email address bound to the account
Change the email address bound to the account and apply for retrieving historical user passwords. Historical users have forgotten their passwords and the email addresses bound to their historical accounts are no longer in use, resulting in users being unable to retrieve their passwords. Users can send the "Application for Changing Historical Account Binding Email" email to shujubulu@cnipa.gov.cn and change the password after changing the binding email. The application email format requirements are as follows:
(1) Email title:
Application for changing the email address bound to the account (fill in the name of the natural person or legal person in brackets)
(2) Email text:
Name: (Natural person fills in the name, legal person fills in the name)
Historical account: (electronic application or transaction service system login account)
Document number: (ID card number or unified social credit code)
Contact number: (must be mobile phone number)
Newly bound email address: (Email used to retrieve password)
(3) Attachment requirements:
Natural person users provide photos of the front and back of the ID card corresponding to the ID number in the body of the email. Legal person users provide ID photos corresponding to the unified social credit code in the body of the email.
Note: The modification of the bound email address will be completed three working days after the email is approved. If the review fails, the reason will be notified via email.
2. Electronic application and transaction service system historical account retrieval application
Historical users of the Electronic Application and Affairs Service System who have forgotten their original accounts can send the "Electronic Application and Affairs Service System Historical Account Retrieval Application" email to shujubulu@cnipa.gov.cn and provide relevant account information as required for account use. retrieve. The application email format requirements are as follows:
(1) Email title:
Electronic application and transaction service system historical account retrieval application (fill in the natural name or legal person name in brackets)
(2) Email text:

ID number: (ID card or unified social credit code)

(3) Attachment requirements:
Natural person users provide photos of the front and back of the ID card corresponding to the ID number in the body of the email. Legal person users provide ID photos corresponding to the unified social credit code in the body of the email.
Note: The retrieved account information will be replied to via email three working days after the email is approved.
3. Account merger application
The account merging application is used for users who have one or more accounts in the system to merge their accounts. The application email format requirements are as follows:
(1) Email title:
Account merging application (fill in your natural name or legal person name in brackets)
(2) Email text:
Name: (Natural person fills in the name, legal person fills in the name)
ID number: (ID card or unified social credit code)
Contact number: (must be mobile phone number)
Account 1: (account login name)
Account 2: (account login name)
Account 3: (account login name)
Reasons for account merging: (1. There are two or more accounts in the historical system; 2. There are accounts in the historical system that have not been added and one or more new accounts have been registered; 3. Two or more new accounts have been registered; 4. Other situations;)
Account situation description: (Describe the specific situation of each account, such as whether there is a case application, etc.)
(3) Attachment requirements:
Natural person users provide photos of the front and back of the ID card corresponding to the ID number in the body of the email. Legal person users provide ID photos corresponding to the unified social credit code in the body of the email.
Note: After the account merging application is approved, the account merging process will be completed within 7 working days. Account merging requires telephone communication with the applicant. Please ensure that the contact number left in the body of the email is open.
4. The legal person user's application for changing the company name cannot be verified.
Some historical users and newly registered users need to change their legal person names. Since they cannot pass the four verifications of the Unified Social Credit Code, they cannot complete the company name change on their own. You can send the "Application for changing corporate name of legal person users unable to pass verification" email to shujubulu@cnipa .gov.cn email address is used to change the company name. The application email format requirements are as follows:
(1) Email title:
The application for changing the corporate name of the legal person user cannot be verified (fill in the legal person name in brackets)
(2) Email text:
Name: (Legal person name)
ID number: (Unified Social Credit Code)
Contact number: (must be mobile phone number)
Account: (system login account)
Description of change: (The applicant should explain the reason for the change of company name)
Old name: (Existing legal person name in the system)

(3) Attachment requirements:
Applicants should provide photos of relevant certification materials for the company’s name change and photos of IDs corresponding to the unified social credit code.
Note: Once the application for changing the company name is approved, it will be completed within 3 working days. If the application is not approved, the reason will be notified by email.
5. Unable to complete registration consultation
The mobile phone number or ID number entered by the user during the account registration process indicates that it has already been registered. As a result, the user cannot complete the new account registration. You can provide relevant information by sending an "Unable to complete registration consultation" email to shujubulu@cnipa.gov.cn. The format requirements for consultation emails are as follows:

Unable to complete registration consultation (fill in natural name or legal person name in brackets)
(2) Email text:
Name: (Natural person fills in the name, legal person fills in the name)
Registration number: (ID card or unified social credit code filled in during registration)
Registration phone number: (mobile phone number filled in during registration)

(3) Attachment requirements:
Natural person users provide photos of the front and back of the ID card corresponding to the ID number used for registration in the body of the email. Legal person users provide ID photos corresponding to the unified social credit code used for registration in the body of the email.
Note: If the registration consultation cannot be completed, we will reply via email within 3 working days after receiving the email.
6. Consultation on other platform issues
Users encounter other problems when using the unified identity authentication platform for supplementary registration, registration and login. You can send an email "Inquiry on other platform issues" to shujubulu@cnipa.gov.cn. The format requirements for consultation emails are as follows:
