Trademark Office: Use the mobile version of the electronic business license to apply for a trademark online丨With operation guide

The program is planned to be officially launched on December 31, 2022. For relevant operating procedures, please refer to the "Operation Guide for Online Application of Trademarks for Mobile Electronic Business License Users" (see attachment).
In order to further optimize the user experience of the trademark online service system and expand the trademark application processing methods, the trademark online application system has been connected with the electronic business license system. The trademark online application user type is a legal person or other organization in mainland China and holds an electronic business license. Applicants can scan the QR code on the online application system to register the online application user, log in to the online application, submit for signature verification, and bind the electronic business license. This program is planned to be officially launched on December 31, 2022. For relevant operating procedures, please refer to the "Operation Guide for Online Application of Trademarks for Mobile Electronic Business License Users" (see attachment).
