Recently, the Patent Search Advisory Center of the State Intellectual Property Office issued a solemn statement. It was mentioned that the Patent Search Advisory Center recently found that someone had issued a search report in the name of the center, and the Center strongly condemned such behavior.
Solemn statement
Recently, our center found that someone used the name of our center to issue a search report, our center strongly condemns such behavior, and solemnly declares the following:
1. Any institution or individual shall not issue a search report in the name of our Center. Once found, our Center will investigate its legal responsibility.
The electronic version of the search report shall be sent to report@patent.com.cn. Both the electronic version and the paper search report shall be stamped with "Special Seal for Search of Patent Search and Consultation Center of SIPO" or "Special Seal for Consultation of Patent Search and Consultation Center of SIPO". Any search report that does not meet the above characteristics shall be regarded as counterfeit. Please carefully verify the identity of the institution or individual who issued the search report. Our Center does not assume any responsibility for any search report not issued by our Center. If you find that you have issued a search report in the name of our center or impersonated our center personnel to commit fraud, please contact our center immediately and report to the public security organs.
