Notice on the upgrade of version 5.1 of the patent business electronic application client management system (EAC). The State Intellectual Property Office will officially switch the patent business processing system online at 12:00 on January 11, 2023. All EAC system users are requested to do so before 18:00 on the 10th. Submit the completed case files to CPC and complete the upgrade to version 5.1 before the patent business processing system is officially switched online. 3. To ensure the smooth completion of this upgrade, operators must follow the EAC5.1 version upgrade operation method to upgrade.
