In order to further improve the quality and efficiency of patent examination and provide the public with efficient and convenient examination services, the State Intellectual Property Office has decided to make adjustments to some patent business handling methods and examination rules, and to regulate the involved patent application request forms and electronic application data standards. In order to further improve the quality and efficiency of patent examination and provide the public with efficient and convenient examination services, the State Intellectual Property Office has decided to make adjustments to some patent business handling methods and examination rules, and to regulate the involved patent application request forms and electronic application data standards. Make corresponding revisions.
Specific revisions include: list of paper application request forms (Attachment 1) and its corresponding request form documents (Attachment 2), electronic application request form list (Attachment 3) and its corresponding data standards and specifications (Attachment 4) , Batch interface SQL script specification (Attachment 5), PCT international application package structure specification (Attachment 6).
The above revisions will be effective from January 11, 2023, and the corresponding old versions of forms, electronic application data standard specifications, batch interface specifications and PCT international application package structure specifications will be discontinued at the same time.
All parties involved in the currently enabled paper patent application request forms can immediately check and download them by logging into the "Form Download" column under the "Government Services" column of the State Intellectual Property Office website (http://www.cnipa.gov.cn).
Patent applicants and patent agencies are requested to make technical preparations for the internal management system in advance in accordance with the above revisions.
