In order to thoroughly implement the decision-making and deployment of the "Outline for Building a Strong Intellectual Property Power (2021-2035)" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, and accelerate the cultivation of world-class enterprises with strong intellectual property competitiveness, according to the "State Intellectual Property Office Office's Notice on Carrying out Enterprise-oriented 2022 "Annual Notice on the Demonstration Work of Building a Powerful Intellectual Property Nation" (State Intellectual Property Office Hanyun Zi [2022] No. 497), after enterprise declarations, local intellectual property departments organized evaluations and recommendations, our office reviewed and announced to the public, 482 companies were identified The enterprises are a new batch of national intellectual property demonstration enterprises (see attachment 1 for the list), 2,512 enterprises are a new batch of national intellectual property advantageous enterprises (see attachment 2 for the list), and 875 national intellectual property demonstration enterprises have been identified (see attachment 3 for the list) , 3,400 national intellectual property advantageous enterprises (see Appendix 4 for the list) passed the review and will continue to be retained. Provide guidance, services, supervision and inspection to ensure that the cultivation work achieves actual results. It is necessary to guide enterprises to combine their own development positioning, clarify the goals and tasks of building demonstration enterprises or advantageous enterprises, formulate and issue construction work plans, and submit them to provincial intellectual property offices for filing. Demonstration enterprises also report to the Intellectual Property Utilization Promotion Department of our bureau for filing. It is necessary to promote enterprises to establish and improve the leadership and guarantee mechanism for intellectual property work, effectively integrate intellectual property work into the entire process of enterprise operation and development, continuously improve the efficiency and competitive advantages of intellectual property use, and strive to create the first phalanx for building strong intellectual property enterprises.

Our office will further increase policy coordination support, highlight quality orientation, make full use of standardized means, effectively strengthen assessment and evaluation, promote the continuous improvement of enterprise innovation capabilities and core competitiveness, and provide strong support for the construction of a powerful country in intellectual property rights.
