In order to do a good job in connecting the old and new catalogs, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
1. The new version of the catalog will be implemented from 2023.
2. If the existing doctoral and master's degree authorization points need to be adjusted accordingly according to the new version of the catalog, the specific adjustment methods will be notified separately.
3. Based on the corresponding adjustment results for doctoral and master’s degree authorization points, the new round of graduate student recruitment and training launched in the second half of 2023 will be carried out according to the new version of the catalog.
