Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office issued a public notice on the results of the review of national intellectual property demonstration enterprises and advantageous enterprises. Through the procedures of assessment, initial verification and audit, 875 national intellectual property demonstration enterprises and 3,400 national intellectual property advantage enterprises are to be identified for review.

Through the procedures of assessment, initial verification and audit, 875 national intellectual property demonstration enterprises and 3,400 national intellectual property advantage enterprises are to be identified for review.
In accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the State Intellectual Property Office on the Demonstration Work of Building an Intellectual property Power in 2022 for Enterprises (No. 497 of the State Knowledge Office (2022)), after evaluation, initial verification, audit and other procedures, It is planned to identify 875 national intellectual property demonstration enterprises (see Annex 1) and 3,400 national intellectual property advantage enterprises (see Annex 2) for review. Enterprises that fail to pass the review shall retain their qualifications and organize the review again within 1 year, and enterprises that still fail to pass or do not participate in the review shall be withdrawn from the list.
The publicity period is from October 13 to October 17, 2022. If you have any objection, please submit it to the Application Promotion Department of the State Intellectual Property Office in written form during the publicity period.
