The real-name authentication system for accounts has been further improved

The employee account under the organization account must complete the real-name authentication before it can handle the software copyright registration business.

Employee account real name authentication entrance: Use the employee account to log in to the official website of our center, enter the account management page, click "real name authentication" on the left menu bar, and follow the instructions.

Warm reminder

Before the employee account is authenticated, you can use a real-name administrator account to register software copyright online. We will complete the application for real-name authentication of employee accounts initiated as soon as possible.

Main optimization of the filling end

After the new system is launched, all the application materials will be filled in and uploaded online. Please follow the instructions in the system and submit the application after confirming the error. There is no need to submit or mail the application materials to the copyright Center.

The scanned certificate can be downloaded

If the software copyright registration application submitted after the new system is launched needs a paper certificate, the way of receiving it is temporarily sent by registered mail, and the copyright registration hall is no longer provided for on-site collection. Online software copyright registration certificate electronic scanning copy, you can download in time to use. How to download the scanned certificate: Log in to the official website of my center, find the corresponding serial number in the "Software Registration" of "My registration", click "View details", click "Registration Certificate Download" button in the "Application status" at the bottom of the details page, you can view and download the scanned certificate.

Circumstances under which the original certificate must be returned

R11 Application for software copyright registration (the right is acquired by succession and the original software has been registered), R44 application for cancellation or waiver of software copyright registration, R45 application for renewal of software copyright registration Certificate, the above business must send the original software copyright registration certificate or certificate (if any) to: 302 Software Copyright Department, Block A, Tianqiao Art Building, No.1 Tianqiao South Street, Xicheng District, Beijing 100050, China.

Handling of stock paper applications

Software copyright registration applications submitted online before June 1 are still handled in the original way, and we provide the function of converting the original paper application to online processing: applicants or agents can log in to the official website of our center, find the paper application serial number in the "Software Registration" of "My registration", click the "transfer online" button, and follow the instructions.

Warm reminder

After the online application, it will not be transferred back to the offline process, and the application materials will be subject to the information and documents submitted online. All paper materials submitted in the original offline processing process will be safely destroyed. Therefore, if you have important original documents in your paper application materials (such as original contracts, certificates or certificates), please use this feature with caution. The online application will be processed according to the confirmed submission date after the conversion.

The Copyright Center Mail Processing Center will no longer accept the software copyright registration mailed paper application materials from June 1. Paper applications received before June 1 will be processed in line.
