Shenzhen: The whole chain to strengthen intellectual property protection

Shenzhen Futian District People's Court and China (Shenzhen) Intellectual Property Protection Center, Shenzhen Copyright Association, Shenzhen Trademark Association, Shenzhen Cultural Market Industry Association, recently signed a framework agreement, and opened the intellectual property dispute quick processing studio. According to the framework agreement, the Futian Court will work with the four units to jointly carry out the whole chain of intellectual property protection from three aspects, and establish a new mechanism for diversified dispute resolution in the field of intellectual property rights.
In order to further strengthen the construction of intellectual property protection system and further promote the collaborative protection of intellectual property rights and diversified dispute resolution mechanism, Shenzhen Futian District People's Court and China (Shenzhen) Intellectual Property Protection Center, Shenzhen Copyright Association, Shenzhen Trademark Association, and Shenzhen Cultural Market Industry Association recently signed a framework agreement. Build a "converter" of knowledge assets.
Through unblocking channels for litigation and mediation docking, strengthening professional technical support, strengthening key business discussions, and strengthening professional cooperation, the four units provided technical support for intellectual property case trials by issuing expert advisory opinions and assisting in inviting technical experts to participate.
Added "catalyst" for dispute resolution.
Strengthen the management of litigation sources in the field of intellectual property rights, the work of multiple dispute resolution and the publicity of successful cases, effectively enhance the public's sense of identity for multiple resolution mechanisms, and guide parties to take non-litigation mediation channels as the priority choice for dispute resolution.
