In order to promote the construction of trademark informatization and improve the stability of the online application system, the Trademark Office will continue to optimize the functions of material upload and evidence sharing on the basis of the previous system optimization, and further improve the ease of use of the online application system; Formulate and publish guidelines on objections, review of rejection, invalidation and withdrawal of three online applications and defenses to effectively guide applicants and trademark agencies.
It is reported that the Trademark Office will also consolidate and expand the online application training results in conjunction with the second half of the centralized lecture and teaching activities, and further introduce the relevant functions of the online application system to the majority of applicants and trademark agencies in depth; Strengthen communication and coordination, and timely hold special symposiums attended by agencies; Timely statistics and publicity of the number of applications and defense of higher volume of trademark agencies in the opposition, review and withdrawal of the three businesses of the online application rate ranking.
