Circular on comprehensively implementing online applications for rejecting cases for review

In order to further enhance the electronic level of trademark review, strengthen the effective connection between administration and justice, and promote the green development of trademark review, the Trademark Office of the State Intellectual Property Office will fully implement the online application of trademark agencies to reject and review cases. First, from November 1, 2022, trademark agencies handling rejection review business, in principle, should submit electronic applications through the trademark online service system, no longer submit paper materials
In order to further enhance the electronic level of trademark review, strengthen the effective connection between administration and justice, and promote the green development of trademark review, the Trademark Office of the State Intellectual Property Office will fully implement the online application of trademark agencies to reject and review cases. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
Since November 1, 2022, trademark agencies handling rejection review business, in principle, should submit electronic applications through the trademark online service system, no longer submit paper materials.
Second, the date of this notice to November 1 for the full implementation of the trademark agency to reject the online application for review of the case of the "transition period", the trademark agency to do all the preparatory work, there is no trademark online service system account of the agency please apply for registration as soon as possible.
