In order to enhance the openness and transparency of legislation and improve the quality of legislation, the China National Intellectual Property Administration will revise the Measures for the Administration and Protection of Collective Trademarks and Certification Trademarks (Draft for Comments)
Notice on Public Solicitation of Opinions on the Measures for the Administration and Protection of Collective Trademarks and Certification Trademarks (Draft for Comments)
In order to enhance the openness and transparency of legislation and improve the quality of legislation, the China National Intellectual Property Administration will publish the revised Measures for the Administration and Protection of Collective Trademarks and Certification Trademarks (Draft for Comments) and its amendments for comments from all sectors of society. The public can visit the Legal Information Network of the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China and the website of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, follow the WeChat official account of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, and view the draft for comments and its modification instructions. Relevant units and individuals from all walks of life can provide specific opinions on the revision and improvement of the draft for soliciting opinions through the following four methods before July 21, 2022:
1、 Login to the Chinese Government Legal Information Network of the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China（ http://www.moj.gov.cn http://www.chinalaw.gov.cn ）Enter the "Legislative Opinion Collection" section of the homepage menu to provide opinions.
2、 Send feedback via email to: tiaofasi@cnipa.gov.cn .
3、 Fax: (010) 62083681.
4、 Send it by letter to: Article Division, Article Division and Law Division, China National Intellectual Property Administration, No. 6, Xitucheng Road, Haidian District, Beijing, 100088, China (please indicate "Measures for Collecting Certificates for Trademarks" at the lower left corner of the envelope).
