The General Office of the State Council recently issued a circular to supervise and motivate 199 localities that have achieved notable results in implementing major policies and measures in 2021, such as fighting the three major battles, deepening the reform of "delegating management services" to optimize the business environment, promoting innovation-driven development, expanding domestic demand, implementing the rural revitalization strategy, and ensuring and improving people's livelihood.
