The Work Manual on Mediation of Intellectual Property Disputes was officially released

In order to thoroughly implement the Opinions of the State Intellectual Property Office and the Ministry of Justice on Strengthening the Mediation of Intellectual Property Disputes, and better guide the work of local intellectual property administration departments and intellectual property dispute mediation organizations, the Department of Intellectual Property Protection of the State Intellectual Property Office has organized and prepared the Working Manual of Intellectual Property Dispute Mediation (hereinafter referred to as the Manual), and has recently released it.
In order to thoroughly implement the Opinions of the State Intellectual Property Office and the Ministry of Justice on Strengthening the Mediation of Intellectual Property Disputes, and better guide the work of local intellectual property administration departments and intellectual property dispute mediation organizations, the Department of Intellectual Property Protection of the State Intellectual Property Office has organized and prepared the Working Manual of Intellectual Property Dispute Mediation (hereinafter referred to as the Manual), and has recently released it.
Based on guiding and standardizing the mediation of intellectual property disputes, the Manual summarizes the existing experience of intellectual property dispute mediation in some provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) on the basis of systematically sorting out the policies and regulations of the Party Central Committee, The State Council and relevant ministries and commissions on intellectual property dispute mediation, and provides detailed operational guidelines and typical cases from the aspects of mediation theory, mediation practice and documents. For the reference of relevant government departments and mediation organizations in their work.
In order to facilitate the use of intellectual property practitioners and mediators, the official website of the State Intellectual Property Office recently published the full text of the relevant contents of the Manual. In the next step, a series of exchange activities will be organized to explain the use of the Manual in detail, and effectively improve the mediation organization and management ability and mediation skills of mediators.
