It is strictly prohibited for any unit or individual to use the name of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the Armed Police Force to conduct commercial marketing propaganda in any form.
Second, it is strictly prohibited to sell online and offline "military" brand tobacco and alcohol and other goods. The term "military" brand name of tobacco and alcohol and other commodities refers to commodities printed, engraved or cast on commodities or packages, including but not limited to the following words or patterns, which are easy to mislead consumers and cause negative effects related to the military.
(1) Names of military units, including the full names or abbreviations of the Central Military Commission, various theater commands, various services and arms, armed police forces and other military units.
(2) Designation or code name of an army unit, including the full name or abbreviation of the actual designation or code name of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the Armed Police Force, as well as false designation or code name of an army unit.
(3) on the specific meaning of the words, including "military" "forces" "the people's liberation army" "police" "war zone" guard "PLA" "" "CAPF "" PAP" defense "bayi" "" "military "" forces for" the "army" "military" "uniform", "military" "for" "for" "special" "military commission" "military specialize in", etc.
