The content of the punishment shows that after inspection, it was found that there were 18 bottles of "COCO Scent" fragrance anti-dandruff and oil control shampoo and 59 bottles of "COCO Scent" fragrance moisturizing and nourishing shower gel for sale in the warehouse of the company. The party failed to provide "COCO Scent" fragrance. "The registered trademark sales authorization letter and trademark registration certificate are suspected of trademark infringement. It was found that the party concerned purchased 360 bottles of shower gel and 50 bottles of shampoo at a purchase price of 3.8 yuan/bottle and a selling price of 5.8 yuan/bottle. 333 bottles have been sold. The registrant of the "COCO" trademark used on goods in Class 3 of the International Classification is Chanel Co., Ltd. The trademark registrant has identified the above-mentioned goods as infringing products.
According to paragraph 2 of Article 60 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China (amended in 2019), the Guangzhou Baiyun District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau fined the party 6,000 yuan.
