Unqualified patent agency behavior is the focus of the "Blue Sky" special rectification action. In order to ensure that the "Blue Sky" special rectification action does not loosen its momentum, measures are not weak, and its momentum does not decrease, the State Intellectual Property Office organizes various localities to strictly investigate unqualified patent agents. In October 2020 and August 2021, the State Intellectual Property Office twice made centralized public announcements on administrative penalty cases for unqualified patent agents in various regions, which aroused strong reactions from society and had an obvious deterrent effect.
