In order to conscientiously implement the arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening the administrative adjudication of intellectual property infringement disputes, the State Intellectual Property Office has identified 8 places including Beijing, Shanghai, Hebei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei, Guangdong and Shenzhen as the first batch of adjudications since 2020.
