Notice of the State Intellectual Property Office on the Public Solicitation of Comments on the Standard Provisions on Evidence for Trademark Administrative Enforcement (Draft for Comments)

In order to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening intellectual property protection, strengthen professional guidance on trademark administrative enforcement, unify enforcement standards, accurately identify the facts of trademark violations, and standardize the collection, review and identification of evidence, the State Intellectual Property Office has drafted the "Trademark "Administrative Law Enforcement Evidence Standards (Draft for Comments)" is now open to the public for comments. Relevant units and people from all walks of life can submit suggestions for modification and improvement through the following methods before December 31, 2023:
