In order to further ensure that patent pre-examination service resources effectively serve innovative entities with strong technological innovation capabilities and high-quality patent applications, according to the State Intellectual Property Office's "Patent Application Pre-examination Business Management Measures (Trial)" and the "Guangdong Intellectual Property Protection Center Patent Application Pre-examination According to the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Management of Registration Subjects and Agencies", with reference to the common practices of intellectual property protection centers in other provinces and cities, and combined with the actual work of this center, the registration conditions for pre-examination subjects of patent applications in this center are further clarified as follows:
1. Enterprises and institutions that are registered in the administrative region of Guangdong Province and have independent legal person status;
2. The business scope belongs to the new generation of information technology or bio-industry fields;
3. Have independent research and development capabilities;
4. Have a good foundation for intellectual property work (in principle, you already have 1
The above is a valid invention patent originally obtained by the first applicant), has a stable intellectual property management team, and established an intellectual property management system;
5. No malicious patent infringement, abnormal patent application, or fraudulent patent funding and other untrustworthy conduct in the field of intellectual property or other bad credit records.
The above provisions shall come into effect from the date of issuance of this announcement.
