Notice from the Zhejiang Provincial Intellectual Property Protection Center on accepting applications for registration of special sign licensing contracts for the Hangzhou Asian Games and Asian Para Games

According to the Regulations on the Administration of Special Signs, the user of special signs shall sign a written license contract with the owner and submit a copy of the contract to the State Intellectual Property Office for record. With the approval of the State Intellectual Property Office, the Zhejiang Provincial Intellectual Property Protection Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Zhejiang Protection Center") will open a registration window for the Hangzhou Asian Games and Asian Para Games special sign licensing contracts and accept filing applications. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows :
1. Registration subject
Users of special signs who have signed a written permission contract with the owners of the special signs of the Hangzhou Asian Games and Asian Paralympic Games include enterprises, institutions, social groups, and individual industrial and commercial households.
2. Application materials
When the user of a special sign goes through the registration formalities for a special sign licensing contract, he or she shall submit the following documents (a paper stamped copy or an electronic scanned copy):
(1) Registration form for users of special signs (see Appendix 1);
(2) A copy of the special sign licensing contract and a copy of the supplementary agreement;
(3) Recorded power of attorney and identity certificate of the trustee (see Appendix 2);
(4) Registration information form for the special sign licensing contract for the Hangzhou Asian Games and Asian Paralympic Games (see Attachment 3).
3. How to receive applications
The Zhejiang Protection Center receives special sign licensing contract filing requests from users of special signs through the reception hall window, mail, and online.
(1) Acceptance at the window, the window address is: First Floor, No. 218, Wen'er Road, Xihu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province.
(2) For mail acceptance, the mailing address is: No. 218, Wen'er Road, Xihu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province; recipient's name: Zhejiang Intellectual Property Protection Center; postal code: 310012. Please mark the words "Contract Filing" on the mailing envelope.
(3) Online acceptance, users of special signs must register and log in to "Zhejiang Intellectual Property Online" (https://zscqyjs.zjamr.zj.gov.cn/), click "One Window Unified Processing", and go to the "Others" business section "Hangzhou Asian Games and Asian Para Games Special Mark License Contract Registration Application" submitted a registration application.
