Notice from the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation on the Suspension of the Implementation of Domestic and Foreign Invention Patent Authorization Funding Policies

Starting from January 1, 2024, our office will no longer accept funding applications related to patent authorization.

According to the "Notice of the State Intellectual Property Office on Issuing the "Annual Work Guidelines for Promoting High-Quality Development of Intellectual Property Rights (2022)"" (Guozhifayunzi [2022] No. 15, original link: https://mp.weixin.qq.com / s/ALxwc Fund Operation Regulations" (Shenzhen Municipal Supervisory Regulations [2022] No. 10, document link: http://www.sz.gov.cn/cn/xxgk/zfxxgj/zcfg/content/post_10220525.html) Article 6 "Domestic invention patents The relevant funding policies of "Authorized Funding" and Article 7 "Authorized Funding for Foreign Invention Patents" will be canceled in accordance with relevant legal procedures.
Obtain domestic and foreign invention patent authorization between January 1 and December 31, 2023 and comply with Article 6 of the "Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation Special Fund Operation Regulations in the Field of Intellectual Property" (Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration [2022] No. 10) or Article 7 Regarding funding conditions, submissions can be submitted in accordance with the relevant guidelines of the application guide (website link: http://amr.sz.gov.cn/xxgk/qt/tzgg/content/post_11045569.html) before December 31, 2023.
