Announcement on launching the application process for intellectual property funding in Longhua District in 2023

Relevant units:

According to the "Notice of the Shenzhen Longhua District People's Government Office on Issuing "Several Provisions on the Implementation of Intellectual Property, Brand, and Standardization Strategies in Shenzhen Longhua District" (Shenlong Huafu Bangui [2023] No. 4) and the "Shenzhen Longhua District "Implementation Rules for Special Funds for Intellectual Property, Brand, and Standardization", our bureau decided to launch the application for intellectual property funding in Longhua District in 2023. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Application requirements

For details on the conditions and specific requirements for applying for intellectual property funding in Longhua District, please refer to "Several Provisions on the Implementation of Intellectual Property, Brand, and Standardization Strategies in Longhua District, Shenzhen City" and "Implementation Rules for Special Funds for Intellectual Property, Brand, and Standardization in Longhua District, Shenzhen City" (Appendix 1 ,2).

2. Application Category

Application categories include: funding for enterprises with intellectual property advantages, funding for small and micro enterprises with advantages in intellectual property, funding for industrial intellectual property alliances, funding for intellectual property pledge loans, funding for patent conversion and utilization of small, medium and micro enterprises, funding for intellectual property rights protection, funding for intellectual property protection workstations, Intellectual property dispute mediation funding, intellectual property professional training awards, intellectual property service agency capacity improvement funding, and trademark brand base cultivation funding. All application materials must be stamped with the official seal of the applicant, and the bank account number and company name must be stamped with the official seal (if it is an individual applicant, a fingerprint will be stamped).

3. Scope of application

The application scope and time limit of each project are in accordance with the requirements of the "Shenzhen Longhua District Intellectual Property, Brand, and Standardization Special Fund Implementation Rules" (Annex 2). Projects that have been funded in previous years are not allowed to apply again.

4. Application time

From September 1, 2023 to September 20, 2023.

5. Application method

The application materials are submitted online. Please log in to the Guangdong Government Service Network to apply. The website is https://www.gdzwfw.gov.cn/portal/branch-hall?orgCode=MB2D11047. Register and log in to your account before applying, and declare the account level. It needs to be Level 4 (original L2 level). Please see Appendix 3 for details of the application process.

7. Other instructions

Funding from copyright demonstration units (parks, bases) and supporting awards for patent awards are carried out in a "no need to apply and enjoy" approach. Relevant entities do not need to apply, and staff will proactively contact them to verify the situation.

Matters not covered in this announcement will be explained by the Longhua Supervision Bureau of Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation.
