Notice from Shenzhen Intellectual Property Protection Center on launching batch pre-examination service for patent applications

In order to further implement the pilot work requirements for patent application batch pre-examination services with high quality, improve the convenience and standardization of patent application batch pre-examination services, and improve the quality of patent application batch pre-examination services, patent applications will be opened for registration entities of the Shenzhen Intellectual Property Protection Center from now on Batch pre-qualification service.
1. Application conditions
1. The applicant should complete the pre-trial service subject registration at the China (Shenzhen) Intellectual Property Protection Center;
2. The number of patent pre-examination applications requesting batch pre-examination service should be no less than 10, and all of them should be invention patent applications;
3. The patent pre-examination application requesting batch pre-examination service should belong to the same or similar technical field or the patent layout surrounding the same product.
2. Application materials
1. "China (Shenzhen) Intellectual Property Protection Center Patent Application Batch Pre-examination Service Request" (with official seal);
2. Pre-examination request documents for more than 10 invention patent applications.
Applicants can submit batch pre-trial requests through the pre-trial case submission system of the pre-trial management platform (https://cnippc.cn/ippc-web-dzsq/). After logging in to the submission system, submit the "China (Shenzhen) Intellectual Property Protection Center Patent Application Batch Pre-examination Service Request" (with official seal) through the "Autonomous Submission of Documents" sub-module under the "Subject Behavior Management" module.
The Shenzhen Intellectual Property Protection Center will carry out technical exchanges, face-to-face pre-examination and other services for patent pre-examination applications that submit batch pre-examination requests as needed to improve the efficiency of pre-examination services.
