According to the "Measures for the Management of Special Funds of the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation" (Shenzhen Supervisory Administration [2020] No. 3) and the "Operation Rules for Special Funds of the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation in the Intellectual Property Field" (Shenzhen Supervisory Administration [2022] No. 10), etc. Relevant regulations have now released the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation’s 2023 Application Guidelines for Special Fund Promotion Review System Projects in the Field of Intellectual Property. Qualified units and individuals can submit applications in accordance with the relevant regulations and application guidelines.
1. Application acceptance time
From 9:00 on April 18, 2023 to 18:00 on May 12, 2023.
2. Application project categories
(1) Rewards for promoting the cultivation of high-value and high-quality patents
(2) Funding from Shenzhen Intellectual Property Advantage Units
(3) Shenzhen Copyright Innovation Development Base Cultivation Funding
(4) Shenzhen Trademark Brand Base Cultivation Funding
(5) Funding from the Industrial Intellectual Property Alliance
(6) Funding for patent transformation and application docking activities
(7) Patent Navigation Project Funding
(8) Major special funding for intellectual property rights
(9) Intellectual property training funding
(10) Funding for intellectual property awareness raising projects
(11) Introducing funding from domestic and foreign high-end intellectual property service institutions
(12) Rewards for improving the capabilities of intellectual property service organizations
(13) Rewards for Intellectual Property Operation Institutions
(14) Shenzhen Trademark and Brand Guidance Station Cultivation Funding
(15) Funding for the construction of intellectual property public service system
3. Application method
The above-mentioned projects implement a full-process paperless application. For the application website, application conditions, application procedures, consultation telephone numbers and other requirements for various types of funding, please read the corresponding application guide in detail (see the attachment for details), and log in according to the specific requirements and instructions of the application guide. The application system performs operations such as online filling, material uploading and submission. Declaring units and individuals need to register an account on the Guangdong Government Service Network to declare. Please remember your username and password. For account management related matters, you can contact the public service channel of the Guangdong Provincial Government Service Network.
