In order to thoroughly implement the decision-making arrangements of the "Outline for Building a Strong Intellectual Property Power (2021-2035)" and the "14th Five-Year Plan for National Intellectual Property Protection and Utilization Plan", according to the "State Intellectual Property Office Office's Notice on Carrying out Intellectual Property Rights for Enterprises in 2023" According to the requirements of the "Notice on the Demonstration Work of Building a Strong Country" (State Intellectual Property Office Hanyun Zi [2023] No. 572), after enterprise declaration, organization evaluation, and recommendation by the local intellectual property management department, the State Intellectual Property Office reviewed and announced 750 enterprises as A new batch of national intellectual property demonstration enterprises (see attachment 1 for the list) and 2,960 enterprises are a new batch of national intellectual property advantageous enterprises (see attachment 2 for the list). The cultivation period is from November 2023 to October 2026; 88 companies have been identified National intellectual property demonstration enterprises (see Annex 3 for the list) and 358 national intellectual property advantageous enterprises (see Annex 4 for the list) have passed the review and will continue to retain the qualifications of national intellectual property demonstration enterprises or advantageous enterprises together with the enterprises that passed the review in 2022, and cultivate The term remains from October 2022 to September 2025.

Our office will further increase policy coordination support, closely integrate with the advancement of key tasks, organize enterprises to deeply participate in the implementation of the "Special Action Plan for Patent Transformation and Utilization (2023-2025)", and strengthen corporate knowledge cultivated through practice and evaluated through actual results. The working mechanism for improving property rights capabilities guides and supports enterprises to effectively use intellectual property rights to improve core competitiveness, promote high-quality industrial development, and strongly support the construction of a strong country with intellectual property rights. All local intellectual property management departments should follow the unified deployment of the demonstration work of building an intellectual property powerhouse and the special action of patent transformation and application, and combine with the actual situation of local work, further improve the cultivation system of advantageous demonstration enterprises in the region, and increase work organization, policy support, and guarantee investment. , strengthen targeted guidance and services to enterprises. Each intellectual property advantage demonstration enterprise must combine its own development positioning, formulate and issue a construction work plan, clarify construction tasks and goals, establish and improve intellectual property work leadership and guarantee mechanisms, effectively play the role of demonstration and leadership of advantages, and make every effort to carry out special actions for patent transformation and application Implement key tasks, continuously improve the efficiency and competitive advantages of intellectual property use, and strive to build the first phalanx in building strong intellectual property enterprises.
