Attention | UK IP jurisprudence joins WIPO global database

On November 2, 2022, the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) announced that the UK has joined WIPO Lex-Judgments, WIPO's global intellectual property judicial judgment database, and will add 100 of the UK's most high-profile intellectual property cases to the world for free and open access. Update the database regularly.
The WIPO database is designed to enhance and inform the decision-making process of courts in intellectual property cases.
It also helps compare countries' approaches to common intellectual property issues, making it a powerful tool for research and policy development and a valuable resource for lawyers.
Thanks to the agreement between UKIPO and the UK National Archives, WIPO can expand this resource to 28 jurisdictions, involving more than 1,000 freely accessible judgments, enabling judges, lawyers, students and others to better understand Latest legal developments on key intellectual property issues.
