Notice on further improving window services during the epidemic prevention and control period

In accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control work, in order to effectively protect the health and safety of the working public and further improve window services during the epidemic prevention and control period, the service hall of our center (Xuefu Road Software Industrial Park Base Patent Agency, Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Fund Office Town Conservation Center) relevant matters are announced as follows:

Dear fellow citizens:

1. Before entering the entrance of the service hall, visitors are requested to cooperate with the staff in scanning the "venue code", issue a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours, cooperate with body temperature testing and register visitor information.

2. When handling business, please wear a mask at all times, strictly maintain the "one-meter line" safety distance, and keep sitting in separate seats when waiting to be seated.

3. During the epidemic prevention and control period, applicants, agencies, and the public are encouraged to handle all business online. The specific procedures are as follows:

(1) To handle patent application business, you can log in to the China Patent Electronic Application Network or CPC client at: http://cponline.cnipa.gov.cn.

(2) To handle patent fee reduction filings, copies of patent registers, batch legal status certificates, patent licensing contract filings, patent pledge registrations, copies of prior documents, patent document review and copying, etc., you can log in to the patent affairs service system, website : http://cpservice.cnipa.gov.cn. After submitting the application online, if you still need to provide paper materials, please mail the materials to the agency and indicate the type of business to be handled on the envelope. Mailing address: Building 4, Shenzhen Software Industry Base, South District, Nanshan District, Shenzhen Building C, sixth floor.

(3) To handle paper patent applications and batch legal status certification services, please mail the application documents to the agency. Mailing address: 6th Floor, Building C, Building 4, Shenzhen Software Industry Base, South District, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City. A batch list of documents proving legal status can be uploaded to the email address DONGWJ@mail.amr.sz.gov.cn.

(4) To handle patent and integrated circuit layout design payment services, you can pay online through the China Patent Electronic Application Network, URL: http://cponline.cnipa.gov.cn; or pay via bank transfer, URL: http:// fee.cnipa.gov.cn.

(5) To handle the patent priority examination business, you can mail the application documents to the agency. Priority review materials for review and invalidation procedures should carefully fill in the return address and contact information to ensure that all types of return documents can be delivered accurately.
