Notice on the suspension of service optimization and upgrading of the web version and client of the patent business handling system with the new rules

In order to cooperate with the implementation of the newly revised Rules for the Implementation of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, the Guidelines for Patent Examination and the Transitional Measures for the Implementation of the Revised Patent Law and its Implementation Rules Related to the Examination business Processing, it is scheduled to be optimized and upgraded on the web version and the client of the patent business processing system from 0:00 to 12:00 on January 20, 2024 (Saturday). During the optimization and upgrade period, the web version and client of the patent business handling system will be suspended, and normal service will be resumed from 12:00 on January 20, 2024 (Saturday).
The optimization and upgrade mainly involve the following contents:
The first is to add functions related to the business of invoking accession, patent term compensation, restoration of priority in accordance with Article 36 of the Rules, increase or correction of priority claims, etc.; Added design patent application submission video file entry.
The second is to adjust the submission of inventions, utility models, international applications into China's national stage (invention, utility model) applications no longer need to submit a separate abstract with drawings and other functions; Adjust the three kinds of patent claims, the declaration of international applications entering the national phase in China, the request for patent invalidation and other request forms.
Third, the web version adds the function of handling the change procedures of batch catalog items, and adds the function of case authority management.
Fourth, the client version of the new document check single function; Added support for receipt notification cloud secondary download function; New internal number in the national application receipt; The international application number is added to the receipt of patent applications that enter the national phase in China.
