Notice from the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation on handling the procedures for receiving trademark registration subsidies and copyright registration subsidies in 2021

According to the "Measures for the Management of Special Funds of the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation" (Shenzhen Supervision and Administration Bureau [2020] No. 3) and the "Operation Rules for the Special Funds of the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation in the Intellectual Property Field" (Shenzhen Supervision and Administration Bureau [2019] No. 10) According to relevant regulations, our office has accepted the 2021 trademark registration funding and copyright registration funding projects. After review, a total of 4,121 funding application units and individuals meet the funding conditions (see attachments 1 and 2 for details). The relevant matters are now notified as follows: 1. , payment processing method and time: This subsidy payment procedure will be implemented in a full-process, paperless online manner. The processing time starts from May 23, 2022, and ends on June 13, 2022. Those who fail to complete the payment procedures within the specified time will be deemed as the applicant has given up on receiving the money. 2. Confirmation of payment information

Relevant units/individuals:

1. Payment processing methods and time

The entire subsidy collection procedure will be handled online and paperlessly.

The processing time starts from May 23, 2022, and ends on June 13, 2022.Those who fail to complete the payment procedures within the specified time will be deemed as the applicant has given up on receiving the money.

2. Confirmation of payment information

Recipients please log in to the funding application system of the Guangdong Government Service Network through the query website: https://amr.sz.gov.cn/mrasgas/sfc-company/#/project-list, and click "My Application" in the upper right corner "Confirm payment information" module, "fill in funding information", enter the payment information page to confirm the payment account information, and click submit after confirming it is correct.

(1) When the name of the subsidy recipient changes, click "Changed Name" and fill in the changed name in the column that appears on the "Current Name" interface;

1. When the payee is a company, there is no need to submit a change certificate;

2. If the payee is a scientific research institution, public institution, university, law firm, or social group, you must upload a certificate of name change of the payee and stamp it with the official seal;

3. If the payee is an individual, the name change certificate needs to be uploaded and signed;

(2) Please fill in the bank account number of the bank where the account is opened. The name of the bank account holder matches the name of the payee published in the payment notice, the account status is normal and the bank account number can be successfully collected (please provide a basic account, do not provide a bank supervision account);

(3) For the name of the account opening bank, you only need to select the Shenzhen branch of the corresponding bank;

(4) Contact person and contact number Please submit the contact information for the specific payment collection business.

3. Precautions

(1) The recipient should carefully check the account information filled in before clicking Confirm and submit, and be sure to ensure that the bank account information is true and valid. If the funds are returned by the bank due to incorrect account information or the account is frozen, the recipient will be deemed to have given up. After receiving the payment, the relevant funds will be handed over to the municipal finance;

(2) After confirming the submission of account information, please pay attention to the processing status in "My Application". If there are any correction prompts, please make corrections in time. Failure to make timely corrections will be deemed as the recipient giving up the payment;

(3) Subsidy funds will be disbursed through bank transfer, please pay attention to check the payment status of the submitted bank account;

(4) Please provide a basic account number for the account opening bank used to handle the payment procedures, and do not provide a bank supervision account.
