5. Things to note
This project implements a full-process, paperless online declaration; all reporting units should register an account on the Guangdong Government Service Network to declare. To ensure information accuracy and fund security, the registered accounts of all reporting units must obtain L3 level verification before proceeding. When applying for a project, please remember your account name and password to avoid affecting the project application.
