Notice from the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation on the procedures for receiving supporting awards for the 2021 Shenzhen Intellectual Property Project China Patent Award

Relevant units and individuals: According to the "Measures for the Management of Special Funds of the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation" (Shenzhen Supervision Regulations [2020] No. 3), the "Operation Rules for the Special Funds of the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation in the Field of Intellectual Property" (Shenzhen Supervision Regulations [2020] No. 3) 2019〕No. 10), our office carried out the application and review of supporting awards for the China Patent Award for Shenzhen Intellectual Property Projects in 2021, and the award entities that passed the review (see the attachment for details).

According to the "Measures for the Management of Special Funds of the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation" (Shenzhen Supervisory Administration [2020] No. 3) and the "Operation Rules for the Special Funds of the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation in the Intellectual Property Field" (Shenzhen Supervisory Administration [2019] No. 10) Regarding the relevant requirements, our office has carried out the application and review of supporting awards for the China Patent Award for Shenzhen Intellectual Property Projects in 2021, and the award entities that have passed the review (see the attachment for details). The relevant matters are now notified as follows:

1. Payment processing methods and time

This time, the subsidy collection procedure is a full-process, paperless online process.

The processing time starts from June 16, 2022, and ends on June 22, 2022. If the applicant fails to complete the payment procedures within the prescribed time, it will be deemed that the applicant has given up on receiving the money.

2. Confirmation of payment information

Please contact the payee via the inquiry website:

Log in to the funding application system of the Guangdong Government Service Network, click on the "Confirmation of Payment Information" module in "My Application" in the upper right corner, "Fill in Funding Information", enter the payment information page to confirm the payment account information, and click Submit after confirmation.

(1) When the name of the subsidy recipient changes, click "Changed Name" and fill in the changed name in the column that appears on the "Current Name" interface.

1. When the payee is a company, there is no need to submit a change certificate;

2. Recipients who are scientific research institutions, public institutions, colleges and universities, law firms, and social groups need to upload proof of name change of the recipient and stamp it with the official seal;

3. The payee is an individual and needs to upload a name change certificate and sign it.

(2) Please fill in the bank account number of the bank where the account is opened. The name of the bank account owner matches the name of the payee published in the payment notice, the account status is normal and the bank account number can be successfully collected (please provide a basic account, do not provide a bank supervision account).

(3) For the name of the account opening bank, you only need to select the Shenzhen branch of the corresponding bank.

(4) Contact person and telephone number Please submit the contact information for the specific payment collection business.

3. Precautions

(1) The recipient should carefully check the account information filled in before clicking Confirm and submit, and be sure to ensure that the bank account information is true and valid. If the funds are returned by the bank due to incorrect account information or the account is frozen, the recipient will be deemed to have given up. After receiving the payment, the relevant funds will be turned over to the municipal finance.

(2) After confirming the submission of account information, please pay attention to the processing status in "My Application". If there are any correction prompts, please make corrections in time. Failure to make timely corrections will be deemed as the recipient giving up the payment.

(3) Subsidy funds will be disbursed through bank transfer. Please pay attention to check the payment status of the submitted bank account.

(4) Please provide a basic account number for the account opening bank used to handle the payment procedures, and do not provide a bank supervision account.
