Notice from the Shenzhen Guangming Supervision Bureau on launching the application for the second batch of standard and intellectual property support projects for the Guangming District Economic Development Special Fund in 2022

In order to build new advantages in quality, standards, and intellectual property development in the jurisdiction, continue our district’s support for enterprise development, and promote industrial transformation and upgrading, in accordance with the Shenzhen Guangming District Economic Development Special Fund Management Measures and supporting measures and other documents, in order to efficiently carry out 2022 In terms of project support work in 2022, our bureau decided to launch the application for the second batch of standard projects and intellectual property support projects in 2022. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Support direction

(1) Standard projects

1. Major standardization activity projects. Including professional standardization technical committee institutional work projects, various standard formulation and revision projects, Shenzhen's major standard activity projects, national standard verification and inspection point projects, enterprise standard "front-runner" evaluation agency projects, and foreign technical trade measures research projects.

2. Standardization pilot demonstration project. Including China Standard Innovation Contribution Award, Shenzhen Standard Award, Shenzhen R&D and Standardization Synchronous Pilot Enterprise, Shenzhen Standard Innovation Base, Enterprise Standards Leader, and Shenzhen Standard Certification.

(2) Intellectual property projects

1. Intellectual property creation quality improvement project. Including patent awards at national, provincial and municipal levels, China Copyright Gold Award, China Trademark Gold Award, National Intellectual Property Advantage (demonstration enterprise), Shenzhen Intellectual Property Advantage Unit, National Geographical Indication Special Mark Use Rights, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area High Value Patent Cultivation Layout Competition Awards and supporting funding from Guangdong Provincial High-Value Patent Layout Center and Shenzhen High-Value Patent Cultivation Project.

2. Intellectual property pledge financing projects.

3. Undertake major international intellectual property activity projects.

4. Intellectual property professional talent training project.

2. Application time

3. Application process

(1) Online application submission: Log in to the Guangming District Enterprise Service Portal to fill in the application form online at: https://qyfwmh.szgm.gov.cn/#/home. Enterprises are required to prepare application materials in accordance with the application guide (attachment) and upload scanned copies to ensure the content is clear. After submitting the application, please be patient and wait for it to pass the preliminary review; if the application fails the preliminary review and is returned, please make timely modifications according to relevant opinions.

(2) Submit written materials: After the application passes the preliminary review, the watermarked application form and attached materials will be exported from the Guangming District Enterprise Service Portal. Please make a catalog, number the non-blank pages (including the cover) continuously, make one copy, print/copy both sides of A4 paper and bind it into a volume. All materials must be stamped with the official seal of the applicant, and multiple pages must be stamped with the official seal.

(3) Place for accepting written materials: Office 505, Market Supervision Building, No. 4 Biyan Road, Guangming District (Note: Relevant originals must be inspected when submitting paper written materials).
